After admission to NIOS, you will receive your study materials through the following process:
- Study Material Dispatch: NIOS sends the specially designed printed self-instructional material for different subjects along with other support material to the learner’s provided address without any additional cost.
- Undelivered Parcels: In case the parcel of study material is not delivered, the learner is required to pay Rs. 100/- through online payment methods for re-despatch of the study material to their residence.
- Material Distribution Unit: Requests for re-despatch of undelivered study material should be sent to the Material Distribution Unit (MDU), National Institute of Open Schooling.
- Correct Address: It is important for learners to provide their correct and complete home address to ensure successful delivery of study materials.
